Shoulder Dysfunction

Defined

Pain as a result of trauma, impingement syndrome, overuse or a Cervical/Thoracic injury. These lead to improper biomechanics involving the shoulder joint, scapula and cervical/thoracic spine. Movement may become restricted, and activities of daily living may be difficult. Common diagnoses are tendonitis, bursitis, capsulitis, frozen shoulder and partial tears of the rotator cuff.

Symptoms may include:

  1. Pain
  2. Decreased Range of Motion
  3. Decreased Strength
